This License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all digital products sold or distributed by PeeJ Entertainment, including but not limited to the All FX Pack for DaVinci Resolve and any future plugins, templates, or scripts (“Product”). By purchasing, downloading, or using a Product, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in your personal and commercial creative projects, such as:

• Video editing and post-production

• Films, short videos, advertisements, or multimedia presentations

• Online content (e.g., YouTube, social media, websites)

• Any other creative work utilizing supported software

No royalties or attribution are required.

2. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Product as a standalone file or within another collection.

• Repackage, modify, or adapt the Product for resale, redistribution, or sharing.

• Claim ownership of the Product or represent it as your own creation.

• Use the Product in a way that violates applicable laws.

3. Modifications

You are allowed to modify the Product for your own personal or commercial use.
However, modified versions are still subject to this Agreement and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.

4. Multi-User / Company Use

Each purchase of the Product grants one license for one individual user.
If multiple people in a studio, company, or team wish to use the Product, additional licenses must be purchased.

5. Ownership

All Products remain the intellectual property of PeeJ Entertainment.
This license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. Termination

This license will be terminated if you fail to comply with the terms outlined here. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies in your possession.
